A MAN has been arrested and charged with a series of thefts and a robbery in Hereford.
A 28-year-old man was charged with one count of robbery and five counts of theft, and was remanded into custody by Hereford Magistrates Court last Friday, March 16.
This follows thefts in January and February, mainly of handbags from shoppers at the Tesco Belmont store, and another handbag theft from a cyclist close to the River Wye.
The robbery charge relates to an incident at a Hereford shop earlier this month.
